Laura Young (May 22, 1938 – November 27, 1999) was an American adult model. She was Playboy magazines Playmate of the Month for its October 1962 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Pompeo Posar, the first Playmate of his lengthy career at Playboy (though his second Playmate, Jan Roberts, was published first).

Young was a popular Playmate and was a finalist for that years Playmate of the Year title. The title went to June Cochran.

Laura had worked as a secretary, telephone operator and nurses aide. She also was a golf enthusiast.

She died of cancer on November 27, 1999
