Helen was a dancer and stripper. She had a small role as a native girl in the amusingly crude soft-core romp Tarz and Jane and Boy and Cheeta. Helen gave a memorably wild and uninhibited performance as the oversexed Leslie in the delightfully raunchy Revenge of the Cheerleaders. She pops up as a model in the forgettable light comedy Half a House. Helen Lang subsequently turned down a part in the notorious Caligula and alas called it a day as an actress.
